When I cook “leftovers”, does that take away the nutritional value in the food?
I do this a lot, cooking left over steamed rice; so would this take away the nutritional value ?

I don’t think so, as long as it’ s not old leftovers. Rice doesn’t have a ton of nutritional value, it depend on what you add to it.. veggies etc… .. go for it!
